Located between Milbank and Big Stone City, this simple concrete slab span crosses 482nd Avenue at the intersection of US-12.
Built in 1913 during a line change and double tracking project, the bridge features a single concrete slab span. 482nd Avenue is not really much of a road under this bridge, and is little more than a dirt trail.
This type of span is a simple design, commonly used along this line due to the cheap and efficient construction.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair to poor condition. Significant spalling and cracking can be seen throughout the bridge.
When photographing this bridge, the snowdrifts were considerable from a recent blizzaqrd and the road impassable.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design and old age.
